Nestled in the heart of Auburn, Alabama, One Bike Coffee is far more than your typical café—it’s a vibrant community hub where exceptional coffee meets meaningful impact. Located at 2415 Moores Mill Rd UNIT 130, this charming coffee spot offers a thoughtfully curated menu that keeps locals coming back for more, day after day.
Their beverage selection is a true delight for the coffee aficionado. From the robust, velvety Cold Brew to the artfully crafted Cappuccino Chunk, each cup promises an energizing burst of flavor balanced with smooth creaminess. If chai is your comfort, their blend stands out as the best in town, richly spiced and perfectly steeped for that warm, soothing sip, as raved about by satisfied patrons. But coffee here is never just about the buzz—it’s about a “Coffee with a Cause” experience that intertwines quality with care, supporting local nonprofits with every cup served.
The food menu at One Bike Coffee is just as thoughtfully designed to complement their drinks. The Breakfast Panini emerges as a new favorite among regulars, packing fresh ingredients into a warm, flaky embrace that makes mornings instantly better. Sweet tooths will find their match in the infamous Crack Cake, a decadent dessert that lives up to its addictive name with its rich layers and irresistible texture. Equally tempting are the cinnamon rolls—oozing with sticky sweetness—and the Cappuccino Muffin, which pairs beautifully with a fresh brew. For something simple and satisfying, their Plain Biscuit or the hearty Ham, Egg & Cheese Biscuit offer classic Southern comfort in every bite.
One Bike Coffee's lunch offerings include the comforting Cheese & Tomato Panini, a classic that’s both familiar and flavorful, and a childhood favorite, the Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich, whimsically fitting for all ages. Every sandwich is made to order, fresh from the kitchen, ensuring a warm and satisfying meal, even during the busy midday rush.
Customers consistently highlight the warm, welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service that sets One Bike Coffee apart. Reviews speak to a café where staff aren’t just baristas but friendly faces who remember your “regular” order and greet you like family—creating an inviting, personalized experience many crave. While the shop can get bustling, especially during morning hours, patrons applaud the commitment to quality and freshness that makes a little wait more than worth it.
More than just a stop for great coffee and food, One Bike Coffee delivers a heartfelt experience that blends exceptional flavors with community spirit. Whether you’re seeking a morning pick-me-up or a cozy spot to linger over your favorite drink, this Auburn gem invites you to settle in, savor the moment, and contribute to a cause that hits close to home.
If you’re just looking for caffeine, sure, you can go anywhere. But if you want Coffee with a Cause, One Bike Coffee is where you plant yourself. This place is more than lattes and foam art… it’s a full-on experience. And it literally supports a non-profit in area. The food? Let’s start with the crack cake. Whoever named it was not exaggerating... it’s the kind of dessert that will have you questioning your life choices in the best possible way. I was dangerously close to also ordering the handmade raspberry pie (can you say homemade Pop-Tart), because let’s be honest, desserts here whisper your name like sirens on a rocky shore. Seating? They’ve got you covered. Out front, you’ll find a charming little area that feels like you’ve been transported to a sidewalk café in Paris. Okay, perhaps not with a very small tree between you and the circle k right across the parking lot drive ... But still , perfect for people-watching while pretending you’re in a beret. Inside, there’s more straightforward seating in the back if you’re in “get-work-done” mode. Tables, chairs, outlets… the works. The vibe is eclectic but consistent: students, locals, and wanderers alike, all being treated like VIPs. The baristas are pros and drinks are made to order with precision and actual care, not that rushed “here’s your bean water, next!” treatment you sometimes get elsewhere. Highly recommend. Whether you’re here to sip, snack, study, or just soak up the vibe, One Bike Coffee will leave you buzzing with joy... and not just from the espresso. Fair warning: once you try the crack cake, Starbucks will taste like regret.
Has the best chai blend I've found in a long while! Coffee is great, muffins are delicious, staff is always pleasant. Wait times can get a bit long some mornings, but understandable at certain times of day, since everything is made fresh and thier quality is consistent, so its worth the wait.
A great little local coffee shop with a cause. Perfectly brewed goodness. Smiling and courteous staff. Along with quick and responsive service. Definitely give this place a visit.
If you want the best coffee in Auburn I'm go here!!! My mother loved their pecan coffee, my sister loves their French vanilla latte and my nephew and I love all their coffee! Their food is excellent and the service is remarkable, friendly and courteous! They treat you like family. And they remember what you like! I just pull up and they say....your regular? WOW! How awesome is that! If you go here you will not regret it!!!!!
I had the Turkey apple cheddar panini. Service is informal quick & attentive. They do get rather busy so there could be a short wait. Made to order & taste great.
One Bike Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area! Not only do they serve amazing coffee, but I love that they give 100% of their profits to charity, including providing bikes to individuals in the community living with multiple sclerosis through the One Bike Foundation. Their mission to give back truly sets them apart. My favorites are the frappé espresso, a muffin, and their creamy lemonade! Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or looking for a cozy spot to relax, this place never disappoints or you can use their drive through. As a local Realtor, I love supporting local businesses that make our community better. If you ever need assistance buying or selling a property in the area, I’d be happy to help! #SupportLocal #OneBikeCoffee #AuburnAL
Small and chill cafe shop, very nice and friendly baristas! They recommend me to try Cappuccino Muffin which is really good if heated so the chocolate inside melts a bit. I’m not impressive with the coffee but the combination is highly recommended to try it :) it balances out the sweetness of the cake and a bit blandness from the coffee. Besides of that, a good coffee shop to come!
Well the coffee was the best I've had for a while. The staff was super nice! I like the flat bagels! I expected to see more vintage bicycles hanging up but haha, I'm just glad I found a little spot not far from where I was working. The atmosphere is totally student-ly.
